＊Please note that staff may not be available outside of check-in hours.
If you anticipate arriving later than scheduled, please contact us in advance by phone or email.

Please come to the reception office, do a procedure of the check-in.
※We may ask you to wait at the reception office during busy times.
On-site check-in is also available, which allows you to head directly to the accommodation without stopping by the reception office.
Guiding to the accommodation building
The staff will guide you from the reception office to the accommodation building.
If you have any questions or concerns during your stay, please contact to the staff.

If you wish to check-in without stop at reception office, please let us know in advance at the time of booking.

If you want to check-in without stop at reception office, we will send you check-in instructions by e-mail in advance (the day before the date of stay).
At that time, we will inform you the PIN code of the accommodation.
Enter the inside with the PIN code
Please check the video in advance for access to each accommodation building.
Please unlock with the number key given in advance and enter the room. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the reception office.
Check-out
On the day of check-out, please depart from the cottage by 10 am.
You can leave without any contact or procedures.
Only locking the entrance key is enough.
