Check in at the Reception office

まず、受付事務所にお立ちよりのうえ、チェックインの手続きを済ませていただきます。
Please come to the reception office, do a procedure of the check-in.

※混雑時は受付事務所にてお待ちいただく場合がございます。
受付事務所へ寄らずに直接宿へ向かっていただけるダイレクトチェックインもございます。
※We may ask you to wait at the reception office during busy times.
Minimal contact check-in is also available, which allows you to head directly to the accommodation without stopping by the reception office.

受付事務所からスタッフが宿泊棟まで車を先導してご案内いたします。
ご滞在中、ご不明、お困りごとがございましたら受付事務所までご連絡ください。
The staff will guide you from the reception office to the accommodation building.
If you have any questions or concerns during your stay, please contact to the staff.

Minimal contact check-in procedure

宿泊日前日になりましたらダイレクトチェックインをご希望のお客様にはメールにてチェックインのご案内をお送りします。その際、宿泊棟の暗証番号もお伝えいたします。

If you want to check-in without stop at reception office, we will send you check-in instructions by e-mail in advance (the day before the date of stay).
At that time, we will inform you the PIN code of the accommodation.

宿へのアクセスは事前に各棟ご紹介ページ掲載の動画をご確認下さい。
暗証番号を入力して玄関扉を開錠し、ご入室ください。
入室されましたら電話などでスタッフにお知らせ下さい。チェックイン手続きのためご宿泊棟に伺います。
その他ご不明点などございましたら、受付事務所までご連絡ください。
