当日は以下の流れにそってチェックインをお願いいたします。
Please check-in according to the following process.
※混雑時は受付事務所にてお待ちいただく場合がございます。
受付事務所へ寄らずに直接宿へ向かっていただけるダイレクトチェックインもございます。
※We may ask you to wait at the reception office during busy times.
Minimal contact check-in is also available, which allows you to head directly to the accommodation without stopping by the reception office.
受付事務所にてチェックイン / Check in at the Reception office
まず、受付事務所にお立ちよりのうえ、チェックインの手続きを済ませていただきます。
Please come to the reception office, do a procedure of the check-in.
宿泊棟へのご案内 / Guiding to the accommodation building
受付事務所からスタッフが宿泊棟まで車を先導してご案内いたします。
ご滞在中、ご不明、お困りごとがございましたら受付事務所までご連絡ください。
The staff will guide you from the reception office to the accommodation building.
If you have any questions or concerns during your stay, please contact to the staff.
ご出発 / Departure
チェックアウトの日は、朝10時までに宿泊棟からご出発（ご退室）ください。ご出発時は、玄関の施錠（ナンバーロック）をしていただければ、そのままご出発いただけます。
On the day of check-out, please depart (leave) from the accommodation building by 10 am. At the time of departure, if you lock the entrance (number lock), you can leave as it is.

Minimal contact check-in and check-out
直接宿泊棟でのチェックインも可能です。
ダイレクトチェックインをご希望のお客様は、ご予約時に事前にお伝え下さい。
Minimal-contact check-in is also possible.
If you wish to check-in without stop by reception office, please let us know in advance at the time of booking.
ダイレクトチェックインのお手続き / Minimal contact check-in procedure
宿泊日前日になりましたらダイレクトチェックインをご希望のお客様にはメールにてチェックインのご案内をお送りします。その際、宿泊棟の暗証番号もお伝えいたします。
当日はその案内の内容に沿ってチェックインをお願いいたします。
If you want to check-in without stop by reception office, we will send you check-in instructions by e-mail in advance (the day before the date of stay).
At that time, we will inform you the PIN code of the accommodation.
On the day of the stay, please check-in according to the email we sent.
宿泊棟入口にてナンバーキーにて入室 / Enter the inside with the PIN code at the entrance of the accommodation building
各ご宿泊棟へのアクセスは事前に動画をご確認下さい。
事前にお伝えするナンバーキーで開錠し、ご入室ください。
入室後は一度スタッフにご連絡下さい。チェックインの手続きのためご宿泊棟に伺います。
その他ご不明な点、お困りごとがございましたら、受付事務所までご連絡ください。
