落合集落の中腹、地域の人からは「お宮さん」の愛称で親しまれる三所神社のすぐ隣にある家。
主屋と隠居屋の二棟並びの宿で、「雲外（うんがい）」は二棟のうち「主屋」であった建物です。
伝統的な間取りに加え風呂、トイレ、さらにシャワールーム部分を増築し
古き良き部分は損ねずにより快適に滞在できる造りになっています。
隠居屋であった隣接する「蒼天」とともに、2014年5月にオープン。

A house in the middle of the Ochiai village, right next to the Sansho Shrine, which is nicknamed "Omiya-san" by the locals.
The inn stands in a row of two buildings, the "omoya" house and a "inkyo" house, and "Ungai" is the "omoya" of the two.
In addition to the traditional floor plan, there are baths, toilets, and the shower room
has been expanded so that the good old parts can be stayed more comfortably without being damaged.
Opened in May 2014 with the adjacent "Soten" which was a "inkyo" house.
